I recently installed R on a Redhat 9.0 system, when I come to plot anything it does not bring up a graphics window but rather stores it in a file "Rplots.ps". Hello R experts, I am having an wired problem to save my RPlot after I use "identify" option. Points are identified properly, but when I try to save that image I get error as: " Error: first argument must be a string (of length 1) or native symbol reference" and the image without identified points are saved. Hi I have recently installed and implemented Xvfb (X virtual frame buffer) so that I can create jpegs using R over CGI (SUSE Linux 8.1 and Apache 1.3).
