Ok folks, Here is the deal. I have posted to the news groups several times and gotten not a single thing. I have been trying since march to get 2.2.8a working on sol2.5.1 with winbind to do the authentication but it has failed miserably. i can use the smbclient -L just fine to get a list of shares off my NT4 (Alpha processor) server. My problem lies with rpcclient.
