How can I use Adehabitat to obtain an .asc object with the predicted values of a niche model?
...o project the model (already stored in R) onto the kasc object directly, or convert the kasc object to a data frame where each row refers to a pixel? On the other hand, I would also like to know how to obtain the XY coordinates for each row of the kasc object. Thank you very much. Cheers, N?ria Roura -- View this message in context: http://www.nabble.com/How-can-I-use-Adehabitat-to-obtain-an-.asc-object-with-the-predicted-values-of-a-niche-model--tf4944431.html#a14155047 Sent from the R help mailing list archive at Nabble.com.

AUC / ROC for presence only.
Dear all, I have a probability of presence of distribution of a species of interest (varying from 0 to 1 in continuous form) and I have a set of points where I know that species really occurs. But I donĀ“t have points of absence. So, for each true presence I know the estimated presence. I would like to know how can I compute AUC, taking account these Available data. Best wishes,

GLMM and false convergence (8) warnings
Hi, I am doing a binomial GLMM with a random intercept using the formula below, but I always get the same warning message. > m01 <- lmer(pres~ HT + DN + dtree + DNm + cmnhi + cmxes + cplan + craan + lfphal0100 + lfov0100 + lfop0100 + (1|plot), family=binomial, data=vphal, verbose=TRUE) 0: 6309.9448: 0.459924 -5.20747 -0.378722 0.558779 -0.200922 -0.0488451 -0.397844 0.367916 -2.09820
