Please help! Updated to Redhat 8.0, now can't get samba to work

querying Workgroup on 172.16.191.255

Test 11:
File manager won't connect to it.
Please help me understand what is wrong and how to fix it. Below, I've
included my smb.conf. Let me know of any other information that is
needed.
