[LLVMdev] Code ownership for PS4 target
As you might have noticed, we’ve begun landing patches to open source the Sony PlayStation®4 system compiler. Many more are coming. I’d like to propose that I be named code owner for this platform. I already have this role internally for open source. It feels necessary to establish as part of the process to handle external contributions. ----------------------------------------- Alex Rosenberg

PS4 code owner?
As I've left Sony, I should handoff code ownership of the PS4 triple. Sony is still committed to LLVM and I look forward to continue to work with them in open source. Sony has asked that I nominate Paul Robinson to become code owner. +------------------------------------------------------------+ | Alexander M. [PATCH] Add Visual Studio 2008 Prject files
I pulled the test directory from 2003, but everything else from 2005. The 2005 files have more ?cross-compiling? targets than the 2003 ones. I fixed the various missing files in the new 2008 projects (misc.c and one other other are gone now). The only thing you could do which would make them more compact would be to get rid of the subdirectories under each vs-version. There is no real need for

Fwd: Metaflac UTF-8 fixes
Ooops? I accidently sent a reply privately instead of to the list, sorry for that. Here it is again, this time hopefully to the list: ---------- Forwarded message ---------- From: Johnny Rosenberg <gurus.knugum at gmail.com> Date: 2013/4/23 Subject: Re: [flac-dev] Metaflac UTF-8 fixes To: Janne Hyv?rinen <cse at sci.fi> 2013/4/23 Janne Hyv?rinen <cse at sci.fi>: > Hopefully

asterisk syntax highlighting for gedit
Hi, Apologies if this is a duplicate - been having mail server issues and I don't think I managed to send it when I tried this morning. It seems there is no .conf syntax highlighting script available for gedit. I'm thinking of putting one together myself, but don't want to reinvent the wheel. So I'm just enquiring if anyone knows of one that already exists that i've missed.

lustre on debian
Since in Linux we are mostly a debian shop we''d like to stick with debian for our calculation nodes if possible. So I wanted to ask the lustre 2.2 instructions for Debian are they more or less relevant to lustre 2.4/2.5 or am I going headlong into a tall brick wall. Also are newer clients backwards compatible with older server software? I am currently just setting up a demo environment

libspeex/SSE Intrinsics with GCC 3.3.x
Here is code to add to configure.in to do what you want. It preserves CFLAGS and uses that var to hold the sse enable flags. You can subset this under the exisiting AC_ARG for sse or just make it do it all the time. If you notice the i?86, that means any x86 platform target will have it enabled. You can change that i686, but keep in mind that some distros compile/target for i386 on the glibc

matrix in data.frame
Dear list! I have run into a problem that seems very simple but I can't find any solution to it (have searched the internet, help-files and "An introduction to R" etc without any luck). The problem is the following: I would like to create a data.frame with two components (columns), the first component being a matrix and the second component a vector. Whatever I have tried so far, I

[PATCH] Add Visual Studio 2008 Prject files
Ok! If there are indeed cross-compiling targets defined, then vs2005 projects probably should be maintained. In any case, this is all up to Jean-Marc, since he's the one that actually has authority to change it :) Jean-Marc -- what's your opinion? [LLVMdev] A7 processor support?
I know it's quick to ask, but when might support for the new Apple A7 processor appear in tree? Is the 64-bit architecture the same as ARMv8, or will we have a much bigger set of changes to contend with? Alex

[2.3.8] possible replication issue
I think there's a good chance that upgrading both will fix it. The bug already existed in old versions, it just wasn't normally triggered. Since v2.3.8 this situation is triggered on one dsync side, so the v2.3.9 fix needs to be on the other side. > On 5. [2.3.8] possible replication issue
Hi, some of our customers have discovered a replication issue after upgraded from 2.3.7.2 to 2.3.8. Running 2.3.8 several replication connections are hanging until defined timeout. So after some seconds there are $replication_max_conns hanging connections. Other replications are running fast and successful. Also running a doveadm sync tcp:... is working fine for all users. I can't see
