CAPI call transfer
Hi,
I am having trouble configuring CAPI so that call transfers work.
I make a SIP call to asterisk which goes out on ISDn via CAPI. Then
I
try to do a transfer from the SIP phone which doesn't work and
results
in the call being disconnected.
The error message given by asterisk is that it chan_capi can't find

how to do repetetive command in shell
Dear all,
i'm writing a certain script which does a specific task in a repetitive manner, i'm going to give a similar script with the same concept hope you could advise me to a better way:
USER1="roland"
USER2="dany"
USER3="kevin"
cp -r /opt/$USER1/test /backup/$USER1
cp -r /opt/$USER2/test /backup/$USER2
such a command would be repeated 832 times (this is just an example)

Corrupted userid in mail folders
...amba3, Shorewall, Squid 2.5,
Postfix and Courier-IMAP.
Samba uses winbind to authenticate mail and proxy users against a windows
2000 ADS server.
I get corruption happening in the user's home directories and elsewhere.
The directory ownership changes all the time. One moment a dir belongs to
roland:Domain Users and the next moment it's marjou:elahyl. The group and
userid change, causing absolute havoc with mail delivery as wrong mail lands
in people's mailboxes and users cannot be authenticated.
My senior support technician is on honeymoon so I'm stuck.

[libnbd PATCH v4 0/2] lib/utils: introduce async-signal-safe execvpe()

The solution is that glibc *too* has a bug, and that bug hides the busybox bug. Namely, in glibc, going back to historical commit

Avoiding a Loop?
...mymatrix <- matrix(numeric(0), nrow=5, ncol=nr.of.columns)
mymatrix[,1] <- 1:5
for (i in 2:nr.of.columns) {
mymatrix[,i] <- myconstant * mymatrix[,i-1]
}
Can anyone give me some advice whether it is possible to avoid this loop
(and if yes: how)?
Any suggestions are welcome!
Thanks,
Roland

[LLVMdev] gdb + clang/llvm
...s are never triggered.
For instance:
I put the line
llvm::errs() << "hello\n";
in - let's say - Foo.cpp, line 1234
Now, I do in gdb
b Foo.cpp:1234
r
Then clang is run, I can see the output of "hello" but the execution doesn't break at this line.
Any ideas?

Date method of as.POSIXct does not respect tz

.POSIXct(unclass(x) * 86400, tz = tz)
Currently, the best workaround seems to be using the character method if
one doesn't want the default timezone (which is often an annoying DST
timezone).
