Morans I for Spatial Surveillance
Hello,
I am interested in using Morans I for different time intervals to detect disease clusters.
Ultimately I would like to use CUSUM - or similar monitoring statistic to monitor the results of Morans I - similar to the work by
Rogerson (2005) Spatial Surveillance and Cummulative Sum Methods in Spatial and Syndromic Surveillance for Public Health.
Thus far - thanks to the list I have Morans I running in a loop for each day (however I found that on some days no data is recorded, this caused an error to get around this error I inc...

FW: test of spatial dependence?? - ask a geographer (was ask an ecologist)?
No, you do not necessarily need the XY coordinates. You can also use polygon
(field, in your case) adjacency information. See Rogerson, Peter A. 2001.
_Statistical methods for geography_. Thousand Oaks: Sage.
You might also look at GeoDA, a free and soon-to-be open source spatial
analysis package. For your application, it might be easier to use than R. Go

lustre quota problems
Hello,
I''ve several problems with quota on our testcluster:
When I set the quota for a person to a given value (e.g. the values which
are provided in the operations manual), I''m able to write exact the amount
which is set with setquota.
But when I delete the files(file) I''m not able to use this space again.
Here is what I''ve done in detail:
lfs checkquota
