submenu using vesamenu.c32 and menu.c32
Hello everyone I'm new to using menu.c32 and vesamenu.c32. I have used the original method of using pxelinux menus. I've read the wiki page and it speaks of being able to create submenus by making one of my menu options reference to (vesa)menu.c32 as the kernel and append the config file. I'm not sure I'm doing it correctly it was a little over simplified. Any help would be

help I need an odd feature does syslinux have it
Hello everyone I need a very odd feature. I'm working on a project to wipe 12 harddrives at a time. The pci cards I bought for more ide channels are super cheap. They use the vt6410 via chip. In linux there is support to use this chip as a regular ide controller. Here's the problem, these card have no bios code of there own on the pci. You can either load the chips rom file thru the

Axel and everyone Your questions are valid. I had similar question when I bought these cards. These cards in particular have no rom chip on the pci card. If you plug these into a computer they do nothing until you load them with there firmware. When vt6410 are used on motherboards not as stand alone cards the bios has this firmware and loads it into the chip set on boot making them show up
