IP Masquerading trouble

Settings on the windows machine:
IP address: 192.168.0.2
Netmask: 255.255.0
Default gateway: 192.168.0.1
As it has worked before, I fear I must be overlooking something obvious.
Please see the attached output of "shorewall status".
