RHWAS rebuild efforts
...provide an enterprise web stack with update support. I am just not sure if or when the source is going to be released. So, that being said, I am looking for a way that the CentOS team can have access to those SRPMS to build this for the CentOS community. The way would be to have someone donate a RHWAS license to the CentOS Project. The CentOS Project does not charge for our product and our only revenue stream is donations. If someone donated a license to the project, we could access the files and build RPMS for all the files that are redistributable. If the SRPMS are later added to the public...

unixODBC Centos 5 Testing version
Trying to get a later version of the unixODBC RPM that is in Centos 5, I read in some posting that unixODBC.x86_64 2.2.12-1.el5s2 was in the testing repo but I was unable to locate it, currently it appears that we are runningunixODBC-2.2.11-7.1. I have looked in the Centos 5 Testing repo but do not see the 2.2.12 version....anyone have any pointers to move me along, thanks.

PHP 5.2
To me, there seems to be growing support to requiring PHP 5.2 within the next year, see http://www.gophp5.org/ . Does anyone know of plans to release PHP 5.2 RPMS in any of the major repos? -- Sincerely, John Thomas

Q about CentOS-4
I have a client with a server on CentOS-4 and I'm looking to upgrade to latest horde/imp/etc. clearly php 4.3.9-xx is not up to the task but I see that upgrades for php & mysql are in CentOS-Plus I see that CentOS-4 projects to get security updates until 3/2012 which probably is the usefulness of the hardware itself. So my questions... - Will CentOS-Plus maintain the php/mysql packages

Newer MySQL in centos-plus?
Hi List, I'm noticing that the CentOS-plus repo for 4.6 has MySQL 5.0.54 in it, but the CentOS 5.1 repo does not have a newer rpm, leaving the "newest" easily-available version as the vendor-provided mysql 5.0.22. Is there a reason for this? We're wanting to try a newer MySQL under CentOS 5.1 -- do any of the standard repos include such an RPM? Thanks! -Jeff
