Asterisk 1.6 and RFC4235
Does Asterisk 1.6 fully support RFC4235?
Or is it the same "implementation" as 1.4?

Tracing the activity using both sip debug and tcpdump revealed that Asterisk does not send something like an unavailable state for the device in a NOTIFY.
