[LLVMdev] 2.4 Pre-release (v1) Available for Testing
> For my info, are there any reported bugs that are unfixed in 2.4? Looks like there is one outstanding correctness bug (2697) and three crash bugs (2735, 2775, 2797). I haven't reverified these lately, though. John

[LLVMdev] PR7407
I just filed PR7407 which we discovered in 2.5 but exists all the way into trunk. Revision 98780 was an attempt to try to fix this situation but it apparently doesn't cover all cases. I put some commentary in the bug about possible solutions but perhaps Evan (the author of revision 98780) or others have better ideas. This came from a customer code so it's not an artificially-constructed

David, it's possible that Dan just fixed this. Can you reverify with ToT? -Chris On Jun 18, 2010, at 9:11 AM, David Greene wrote: > I just filed PR7407 which we discovered in 2.5 but exists all the way > into trunk. NT_STATUS_LOGON_FAILURE
Hi, Since I don't have access to AD to add uidNumber & gidNumber attributes, I used the second idmap config set. I also reverified the net ads testjoin - Join is OK. Still can't ssh from domain accounts and can't *write to* the share from Win10 or Cent, but I *can* now see into it from Win10 or Cent. I think my remaining issues are outside Samba, but suggestions/advice still

With respect to random testing LLVM pre-2.4 is doing extremely well, we have no unreported bugs right now. John

socketSelect(..., timeout): non-integer timeouts in (0, 2) (?) equal infinite timeout on Linux - weird
There's something weird going on for certain non-integer values of argument 'timeout' to base::socketSelect(). For such values, there is no timeout and you effectively end up with an infinite timeout. I can reproduce this on R 3.3.1 on Ubuntu 16.04 and RedHat 6.6, but not on Windows (via Linux Wine). # 1. In R master session > con <- socketConnection('localhost', port

socketSelect(..., timeout): non-integer timeouts in (0, 2) (?) equal infinite timeout on Linux - weird
I'd like to follow up/bump the attention to this bug causing the timeout to fail for socketSelect() on Unix. It is still there in R 3.4.2 and R-devel. I've identified the bug in the R source code - the bug is due to floating-point precisions and comparison using >=. See PR17203 (https://bugs.r-project.org/bugzilla3/show_bug.cgi?id=17203) for details and a patch. I've just

Validation errors in has_one/belongs_to relationships.
I have two objects, QuoteInput and Insured. QuoteInput has one Insured and Insured belongs to QuoteInput. I don''t understand what I''m seeing. I assign an Insured to a QuoteInput. The Insured object has invalid data. I call save! on the quote input. QuoteInput has no validations. I expect two things to happen - 1) an exception should be thrown, indicating that there was a

Help to check data before putting it in a database
The example scene: I have a database with stats about each goal made by my soccer team. This database (a data frame in R) is organized in lines (goals) with a set of columns containing data about these goals (player name, tactic position, etc). For now, this database will be called "data.frame1". What I need is to feed this "data.frame1" with new information about my team

Success: Bring-up of LLVM/clang-built Linux ARM(32-bit) kernel for Android - Nexus 5
Hello, I would like to share my successful bring-up of LLVM/clang-built Linux ARM(32-bit) hammerhead kernel for Android running on my Nexus 5 smartphone. After having successfully brought up LLVM/clang-built Linux kernel(since v4.15.7 to the most recent v4.17) on x86_64, I was interested in accomplishing the same on the ARM platform of my Nexus 5 - Android smartphone. So, here is the complete

Yager on ZFS

This is the second post from Yager that shows solaris in a pretty good light. I particularly like his closing comment: "If you haven''t checked out ZFS yet, do, because it will eventually become ubiquitously implemented
