/run and /var/run as tmpfs - how many RPM's broken?
This is pretty much a retorical question, although I would like to know the
extent of the problem and how quickly it's gonna be sorted.
My problem has already been described in a previous post, i.e. clamd fails
after a reboot.
The cause apparently is that /run and therefore /var/run has at some point
been moved onto...

how to identify the outliers
Hello R-users,
Is there any more sophisticated way how to identify the dataset
outliers other then seeing them in boxplot? I wanna exclude them from
further analysis and I am interested in their position in my vector
data.

By the way, I'm banned from the IRC because I am a tor user.
But we can't login IRC without using tor because IRC is screened by the

Can R scripts executed in batch mode take a commandline argument?

The documentation for this seems rather spartan.
Running "R CMD BATCH --help" gives me info on only two options: one for
getting help and the other to get the version. I see, further on, that
there are options for retoring and saving sessions (which I do not need to
do in this case), but are there other options defined? If so, what are they
and how are they to be used?

Mongrel 3.15, Ubuntu and Park place (S3)
Hello. I installed under Ubuntu (Dapper) Park Place. I followed the
instructions given at the RedHanded site. I get the following mongrel
error when launching the application:
