[LLVMdev] [LLVM 3.6.0] Metadata/Value split and RAUW.
Hello everyone, If I understand correctly after the Metadata/Value split the Metadata support of RAUW is limited by ValueAsMetadata and MDNodeFwdDecl (i.e. until cycled in MDNode are not resovled). And my question is. Is where any way to replace an MDNode which is referenced by other MDNodes w\o iterating over all MDNodes in LLMVContext to find and replace those references? Unfortunately I couldn't find such example in LLVM source code... BR, Andrey Lizunov -----------------------...

yum consumes machine (load average soars to 47)
...(and I'm running 64 bit). One CPU pegs at 100% running yum, but whatever it's doing on disk really is the bigger issue. It so consumes the disk subsystem as everything else grinds to a halt and the system becomes unusable (likely swapping itself silly). I'd really like to get this resovled and apply errata. What I need to know is where to start looking. I've tried a 'yum clean all' but that doesn't help. help with SMBD!!!
...Could anybody give me a hint about how to make SMBD run? I think that's the reason why I can't find the LInux Server on my Windows XP laptop. By the way, I'm running RedHat 8.0. I also removed the older version of Samba-2.- and installed a Samba-3.0.0-, but the problem was not resovled. Thanks in advance. samba-tool group removemembers, not working
> Hi Mark, can I ask just what you are trying to achieve ? Well, it's rather simple. I want to remove a domain member from the domain. Normally, I do that with ADUC, no problem. But for some reason I was having trouble with ADUC (since resovled, magically), so I thought I'd try the same thing using samba-tool. That's it really. You wrote further: > I hope you can see that trying to remove a computer from Domain Computers will not work because > the 'backlinks' do not exist. Fine, I can live with that. But then...

polr problem solved
I'd like to thank John Fox and Chuck Cleland for their help in resovling this issue. It turned out to be something simple, but perhaps others have had similar problems In my original data frame, I had 4 categories of race/ethnicity. One of the categories (other) was very small, and not similar to any of the other three categories, so I created a new data frame del...

Now 'Domain Admins' maps to group root. The user I add the machine as is a member of group root. Any pointers would be greatly appreciated. btw, I posted on this problem 3 weeks ago and received no responses. However, after googling for it, I did...

Desktop Effects -- questions/issues
...or should I decide I don't like it? 3. I have (and always have had) the panel settings set to "autohide". I now notice that it sometimes does not hide itself until I explicitly click in an empty part of the panel, then somewhere else on the desktop. Anyone know if there's a way to resovle this? Question: Should I decide I want to revert to the way it was before I enabled these effects, how would I go about that? there is no "disable" button on the gnome menu, only the "enable" button. I know how to un-do the changes I made manually in the xorg.conf file, but no...

Andrew Bartlett, samba Think you for your reply. I know the process to resovle the problem now. first ,I need transferring and Seizing FSMO Roles to DC2 and then demoting DC1. After that ,I join the DC1 from DC2 with the fsmo role to the domain again. Right? Is there any other method that I can edit the sam.ldb file directly and add the dsServiceName entry of the DC...

Asterisk and DTMF
Hi list! I have an Asterisk server (1.2.14) connected to a E1 line via a TE410P, and some PAP2NA connected to it. The PAP2 DTMF configurations is set to INFO and Asterisk to INFO too. At first, is INFO method different from RFC2833?? Well, I have two problems. The first is that when I place a call to outside, via E1 trunk, sometimes I get some DTMF tones and I'm sure nobody hit any key. Seems

Ruby Gems version issue
Hi, When I try to launch my ruby on rails server, it says my ruby gems version is not up to date. However it is. I''ve even tried reinstalling ruby gems to the latest version, but it still says I have an old version. Does anyone know how to fix this issue? I''d be deeply grateful. Here is some code directly from my terminal (I''m on an ubuntu system):

FireWall Effects on Samba (Newbie)
...th getting Samba 2.2.5 on Redhat 7.1 working on a Windows NT network containing W2K, W98 and Mac machines. I can see the Samba server (gargoyle) from the Win machines fine, but cannot browse any shares (Network unreachable error message). This seems a relatively common problem, but seems harder to resovle in my case :-) I have walked through the toubleshooting chapter and fail at a certain point. If I use "net view" from the Win machines I see the server, but "net view \\gargoyle" fails, but should have listed the available shares. Interestingly from the linux side I can browse...
