PJSIP Delay in Dialing
Seems to be res_resolver_unbound.so
Reading the documentation now but any hints greatly appreciated!

PJSIP trunk is down when DNS was not available during the Asterisk start.
I deleted the res_resolver_unbound.so module, and now it works as expected.
So, the problem is related to the 'unbound' resolver?
FYI: I'm using Asterisk 16.2 installed from Debian 10 repository.

...testB fails with "CONGESTION".
Adding debug for console shows that pjsip_resolver.c does
`New queries added, performing parallel resolution again`
for linphone after discovering SRV records, and does not for iptel.
It looks like a bug.
All modules are loaded manually, with autoload=no, res_resolver_unbound
is not loaded.
Asterisk 16.2.1~dfsg-1+deb10u2 debian stable.
I have another Asterisk 16.3.0 on OpenWrt 19.07.3 that resolves both
cases, but uses musl.

It would be a result of behavior within the unbound resolver library. Our
module is a thin wrapper over it.
