anything detailing this specific situation online or in the man file.
Any help would be greatly appreciated. I've spent many a long hour
trying to work this out to no avail. Thanks!

NHW Project
Hello,
I have (slowly) worked these last couple weeks on the psychovisual model of
NHW because some people reproach me that it washes details out... so I
restored a little more details but this consumes some bits and actually it
turned out that it also decreases neatness, and so when you compare at the
same compression ratio, actually I find the current version visually better
because it has a better neatness de...

icecast1 and compilation on RH9
...en this?
What I wanted to try was testing streaming MP3 audio and relaying
encoded icecast audio from one machine to another again. Is there an
easy way to accomplish relaying from one machine to another using
icecast2.
I have icecast2 running no problem on RH9. In fact, the audio quality is
above reproach.
But I am trying to help out a friend and he has some specific requests;
one is the ability to stream in MP3 format and the other to stream the
encoded audio from the local server to another out-sourced icecast
machine that listeners could then connect to.
Thanks.

e164.org
So I just saw this VoIP-centric article at slashdot
(http://slashdot.org/article.pl?sid=04/05/22/1840220) which mentions
e164.org. It's a "non-profit public DNS root designed to map phone numbers
to Internet protocols." Is anyone on this list actually using this?
They have asterisk config instructions:

I wonder if someone can help me understand
