Bug#796370: xen: Include a reportbug control file to redirect bugs to src:xen
Source: xen Version: 4.5.1~rc1-1 Severity: wishlist Tags: patch http://lists.alioth.debian.org/pipermail/pkg-xen-devel/2015-June/006206.html suggests that we are prone to "loosing" bugs as the package versions change since they include the Xen version. To avoid this we can ship a reportbug control file to redirect those bugs to src:xen, which the attached patch does. I went with

Print from wine
I'm running debian sarge and have installed wine with "apt-get" (wine 20041201). Afterwards I configurated it with winetools. Everything went fine. I also installed the Internet Explorer and Office 2000. There were no problems during the installation and IE and Office run without problems besides printing. There I get error messages like "no printer installed". Is

Bug report for fracdiff
I was sniffing in the fracdiff library (this is for fractionally integrated ARMA processes; Haslett and Raftery 1989). The documentation suggests that one tries the following simple example: library(fracdiff) ts.test <- fracdiff.sim( 5000, ar = .2, ma = -.4, d = .3) fracdiff( ts.test$series, nar = length(ts.test$ar), nma = length(ts.test$ma)) When I run this, I get the following error: R

Hi, Last week, while trying to compile IceCast2 from CVS on several Debian machines (sid, woody, sarge), I encountered a problem where autoconf told me to file a bug report, which I did with Debian's reportbug utility. here's the answer from Ben Pfaff, who's in charge of Autoconf at Debian, which you may find interesting to read. hth. bye, PS: I've not tested his suggestion

Fwd: Samba semantics error?
Hello, I have this bug report that I have filed. Is there any specific reason why samba behaves this way, and doesn't use the unix semantics? Since this is even more restrictive than unix semantics, I'm more inclined to call it a bug until I know it's supposed to be this way. Any ideas? ----- Forwarded message from Mike Fedyk <mfedyk@matchmail.com> ----- From: Mike Fedyk
