''Remember me'' in acts_as_authenticated troubles
...at the login_from_cookie method is using only
the first 60 characters of the remember_token string in the database,
whereas the string in the db is 75 characters long.
I can see in my dev log that login_from_cookie is trying to find the
user but using a truncated string to do so.
Any clues how to rememdy this would be appreciated.

call center design question
Would like to deploy * in a small help desk environment (five to ten
people) using call queues and some sort of CTI interface to pop Remedy
screen data in front of the help desk person receiving the call. Data
to be popped would be based on CallerID.
Anyone doing something similar?
Anyone interfacing to an external Remedy system?
Any reference sites that I could read/learn more of the

Problems with samba
I installed Samba on my Linux box, then I got next problems:
1. Printing from NT. When I try to connect a network printer to my Samba
printer , NT report something like "invalid printer name" and in log
writed by Samba appear:

intermittent BJ errors
hi all
I''m running background tasks using BJ 1.0.1 (gem version). On some
requests, the tasks are executed as expected. On others, I get the
following error:

script", "/bin", "/usr/bin", "/sbin", "/usr/sbin"]):
when it runs, it runs fine but does anyone know what
