For those of you that are stuck on and old version of Xen and want to use
Ubuntu 10.04, here is a self contained pygrub, out of Xen 4.01. (64bit
centos dom0)
cd /opt
wget http://dmarkey.com/~dmarkey/pygrub64.tar.gz
tar zxvf pygrub64.tar.gz
then set your bootloader to /opt/pygrub64/bin/pygrub

Exporting objects plotted with plot3d() - rgl package
Dear all,
Can anybody tell me how to export a 3d figure made with the plot3d
function? I'm careless about whether it's still interactive or not in
another format, as long I can get it out of R.
Thanks!

Formatting numbers
I've been trough the R documentation for about half an hour and it's not
clear to me how to do this:
I need to format to character a series of integers from 1 to 1000, and I
like them to look like
"0001" "0002", "0059", "0123" and so on. Padded with zeroes to have four
digits.
Cheers!
Mario.

Logging in via Linux machine to Windows Domain
Hi List -
I have a friend that runs a Windows domain with Active Directory and is
setting up some new laptops with Redhat. He wants to automate installs,
etc. on these laptops as he would on a Windows machine.
Just wondering if anyone has any experience with this - and also if anyone
knows of a good tutorial for joining a Linux machine to a Windows domain.
I've heard that it is possible.

Apols to ask again, but my dns went the way of the pear and I missed a week of emails.
Hopefully connection details will be part of the next patch?

PHP ldap_start_tls
I have samba4 4.1.9 on ubuntu 14.04 and I am trying to connect with phpldapadmin.
Problem seems to be with the start tls and that PHP ldap_start_tls doesn't like self signed certificates that are not in the local ca.
The samba certs are in /var/lib/samba/private/tls.
Does php ldap_start_tls use /etc/ldap/ldap.conf ?
