Struggle with Postfix/Dovecot-auth and SASL
...n`t know, what i am doing wrong or how to correct it. No real HowTo for my setup on the net, it seems that everyone uses cyrus-sasl.
May anybody help, because i don`t like to switch my setup or use 2 auth daemons.
My System:
Debian Etch, postfix (2.3.7-3), dovecot (1.0.rc15-2)

Migrating Samba and Users to another Fedora 3 box
Hi...
I am planning on going from a 36-gig Raid-1 box to an 250-gig Raid-1
(ide) box. The current server is Fedora Core 3 and the new one will
also be Fedora Core 3. This box is only used for Samba (file sharing
and printer sharing). The system works great, I just need more space.
So, could someone please help me out with moving user info and /home

Limit number of simultaneous sftp-server connections from same ip
Hello all,
I would like to ask a short question about the configuration
capabilities of sshd / sftp-server.
I want to limit the number of connections (or instances) to an
sftp-server a user can spawn from the same ip address.
The reason is that multiple connections overload by box (connection).
My first idea was to move control of sftp-server to xinetd. There I

i got a short question about centos 5.
are there any plans to release it for System Z?
i'm asking cause we are waiting for some mayor upgrades like php5.
