Linear regression using matrices
...9;m new to R and I'm not a Statistician I'm an Accountant, but I'm finding it
an excellent tool for the business analysis work I do.
I need to run LM() where both response and predictor are held in matrices.
The model follows the form:-
regression1 = matrix1.col1 <-> matrix2.col1
regression2 = matrix1.col2<->matrix2.col2
and so on......
I have no problem with the multivariate response but I can't get the
function to recognise a tabular predictor.
Is this possible without using a loop ?

how to save summary(lm) and anova (lm) in format?
Hi, folks,
I would like to copy the output of summary(lm) and anova (lm) in R to my
word file. But the output will be a mess if I just copy after I call summary
and anova.
#####################
x=rnorm(10)
y=rnorm(10,mean=3)
lm=lm(y~x)
summary(lm)
Call:
lm(formula = y ~ x)

[PATCH v20 3/7 RESEND] xbitmap: add more operations
This patch adds support to find next 1 or 0 bit in a xbmitmap range and
clear a range of bits.
More possible optimizations to add in the future:
1) xb_set_bit_range: set a range of bits.
2) when searching a bit, if the bit is not found in the slot, move on to
the next slot directly.
3) add tags to help searching.

[PATCH v21 0/5] Virtio-balloon Enhancement
This patch series enhances the existing virtio-balloon with the following
new features:
1) fast ballooning: transfer ballooned pages between the guest and host in
chunks using sgs, instead of one array each time; and
2) free page block reporting: a new virtqueue to report guest free pages
to the host.
The second feature can be used to accelerate live migration of VMs. Here
are some details:
