It prompts me for a password. the problem is that the username is already typed in and I can not change it. On winxP, when I get prompted I can put in the username and password, and it works fine. I've done some work getting the patches from http://starcraft-wine.sourceforge.net/ working with CVS wine. Using the patch I'm including, starcraft works perfectly on my machine, run as root using DGA on a 640x480 XF86 layout. In particular the changes to event.c enable the mouse and keyboard with DGA. The changes to input.c make the mouse acceleration work the same in all directions.
