centos 3.3 and updates for 3.1
Hi Everyone, Centos 3.3 is available for general use - you can find it at: http://mirror.caosity.org/centos-3/3.3/ This should be a complete rebuild of all the nice things Red Hat has included in the srpms of their Enterprise Linux 3 update 3. This is a rebuild of all the changed packages from update 3 overlaid onto 3.1. It includes a rebuilt anaconda and new boot kernels for the installer.

[LLVMdev] Compiling llvm and Clang on Linux
It's undocumented FAQ, if you are using RHEL5 (or clone). - install gcc44-c++ - Build with CC=gcc44 CXX=g++44 - You may need "CC=clang -std=gnu89" to use clang with its glibc. Have fun! ps. AFAIK, clang can be built more easily on centos6. ...Takumi 2012/7/11 Sitvanit Ruah <RUAH at il.ibm.com>: > > Hello all, > I am new to this mailing list so I hope this is

[LLVMdev] Compiling llvm and Clang on Linux
Thanks for the information. I am running on a machine on which gcc44 is installed but whose default installation is 4.1.2. I ran ../llvm/configure CC=gcc44 CXX=g++44 make and still got the same error (I checked and CC=gcc44 and CXX=g++44 now in build/Makefile.config).. I tried also ../llvm/configure CC=gcc44 CXX=g++44 --include_dir=<gcc44 include dir> but it didn't help

Well, last night, my box was hit again.. same symptoms: All attempts to connect remotely receive a connection, but a login prompt never comes up. [LLVMdev] Compiling llvm and Clang on Linux
Hello all, I am new to this mailing list so I hope this is the right place to post the following question. We are considering using Clang front end for our tool. I tried to compile LLVM (using configure followed by make from the llvm top directory) on LINUX X86 with gcc 4.1.2. I got several compilation error messages of the form /usr/lib/gcc/i386-redhat-linux/4.1.2/../../../../include/c+

[LLVMdev] clang searching for many linux directories that do not exist on FreeBSD host
Greetings - I'm a user of clang (3.3), as it is the system compiler for my installation of FreeBSD. (In FreeBSD 10, it will be the default compiler, but that's not my point.) My system identifies itself as: FreeBSD 9.2-PRERELEASE #0: Tue Jul 16 13:00:08 EDT 2013 lidl at nine0:/usr/obj/usr/src/sys/GENERIC Recently, in preparation for the upcoming 9.2 release, they imported the llvm
