Recuperate Spectrum() amplitude
...e difference comes from the way that fft function are encoded int both software or from my own misunderstanding of the function. I am importing data as zoo, and verifying that they are regular spaced, and after, I simply use the non smoothed spectrum() function : SP<-spectrum(as.ts(Piezo)) To recuperate the amplitude I calculate the square root of the density, divided by the number of observations at the the frequency I am interested in (1/86400=frequency of one cycle per day) : sqrt(SP$spec[which(SP$freq==1/86400)])/length(Piezo) Does anyone of you use both Matlab and R and have already find...

Help needed: Recuperate return addresses of virtual and non virtual C++ functions with Clang and LLVM
...? Is the return address of a non virtual function in Clang a pointer or a hardcoded value? How can I get the return addresses of an indirect call to a virtual function using LLVM? Do i have to import them from Clang and make them available during LTO? Is thinLTO a better candidate for helping me recuperate this information? Does the return address of a function called from an indirect call-site always jump back to the next line (instruction) of assembly code after the callsite instruction. Are there some occurrences where it doesn't? How is this handled in Clang?

I have installed but I got the message(I'm in Windows): erreur fatale:impossible de recuperer les données sauvées dans .RData. Can you help me please to solve my problem. It's very important for me. If there are a package to install, I don't know which. Thanks, DIENG Allé

name of object in quotes
I am writing a function in which, at some point, I to recuperate the name of a previous object in quotes. I am currently using the function Cs() from the Hmisc library but the result is: foo <- function(xvar) { variable <- Cs(xvar) return(variable) } foo(x1) > "xvar" when I would expected to obtain "x1". Any suggestion?...

read multiplan or sylk files in R
Hello, This may sound crazy, but I have a large number of Multiplan data files I'm in the process of recuperating, and I'm hoping to avoid having to open them one by one to convert them into a modern, directly usable format. So I was wondering if someone somewhere had encountered this and maybe had a way to read Multiplan files in R, or, at least, a way to read SYLK files directly in R.

DID VoIP trunk provider for metro Chicago, LA and/or Orlando.
I am looking for a provider that will provide an equivalent of DID/DOD trunks via IAX, IAX2 or SIP using numbers in Metro Chicago (prefer Skokie), LA (prefer West Hollywood or Venice), and/or Orlando (prefer Winter Garden). If I can migrate some of my existing numbers using LNP, that would be even better, but it is not a requirement. While I know that there are several companies that will

access to the current element of lapply
...it variable 2: In split.default(seq_len(nrow(x)), f, drop = drop, ...) : data length is not a multiple of split variable I works but it's dirty. How could I do it properly, without warnings and 0 rows data frame in output ? I thought accessing to the current element of 'lapply' to recuperate the vector of the column 2 would work. i.e: lapply(L,split, L[[current]][,2]) Is there a way to do something like that in R ? Thanks in advance ! - Martial _________________________________________________________________ Découvrez toutes les possibilités de communication avec vos pr...

Unable to connect to console to recently cloned VM's
...sudo virt-clone --connect=qemu:///system -o template -n template_clone -f /var/lib/libvirt/images/template_clone.qcow2 After that I was able to start the VM and connect to the console: sudo virsh console template_clone I recently Installed libvirt on a Debian wheezy ( libvirt-bin 0.9.12-11). I recuperated the old "template" VM, and I tried to create a new one successfully. What I CAN do: 1. Start both VM's (the template imported from the old installation and the new one) 2. Connect to the console of both VM's 3. Clone them What I CAN'T do: 1. Access to the console of the c...

5.4 docs
First off, I'm glad that 5.4 is now available, and a big "Thank you" to the development team for all of their hard work. I have noticed that the docs for 5.4 appear to be accessible on the CentOS Web site, but some of them seem to have some issues. In the "Technical Notes", everything after the first page of Chapter 1 gives a 404 error. I've tried to send in a report

Oddity with internet access and R 11.0 with Sophos firewall and Windoze XP - solved
Just in case anyone else hits this. I just installed R 11.0 alongside R 10.1.0 (off my D: drive in D:\R\... but I think that's irrelevent) and all went well, I selected my nearest CRAN mirror (Bristol is the one I like) and getting the selection list seemed to take ages though it did come eventually. However, I then got an error message saying that R couldn't make contact on port 80. I

Compilation problem - CentOS 4.2 - x86_64
Hi list, Here it is: I have compiled with no problem courier-imap-4.0.4 on this arch (x86_64). Now I want to update my install with 4.0.6. I want to do this because the server is not yet in a production state, so if a major flaw affects courier-imap in the future, I could react more quickly. And indeed I'm encountering problems with the make process (Since I initialy build courier-imap
