A call to help(..., help_type='text') fails with "package='fda":

This same "library(help='fda', character.only=TRUE)" ran fine using R
Console 3.2.1 under Windows 7.
I also tried debug(library). It died in line 298:

This looks like a bug to me. I don't know if it's new since R
