Install failed on Asteriskathome
...says: find: /var/www/html/admin/: No such file or directory find: /var/www/html/admin/: No such file or directory There it still sits but not doing anything for over an hour now. Has anyone run into this before? Any Idea's? I hate to do a ctl c on it in case it is still doing something. Bob Rawlinson

How to access * thru router when ip address is not known
I am going to be traveling and I wanted to be able to get on the internet and call thru * to make calls. The problem is I do not have a fixed ip address. How do you make this work? I will be using IAXCOMM. TIA Bob

What wrong with asteriskathome.org
I saw on here where there was an asteriskathome site where I could sign up for the mailing list. However when I bring up that site I just get a blank page. Is www.asteriskathome.org the correct address? Bob

Asterisk crashes at startup
Hi List, Yesterday night after a power off due to a faulty UPS my asterisk doesn't want to start anymore. Here is what I get on the CLI: Asterisk Ready. *CLI> Disconnected from Asterisk server: Bad file descriptor. Executing last minute cleanups == Destroying musiconhold processes Asterisk uncleanly ending (0). I use 1.2.7 I think on a debian sarge and cdr_pgsql too. Any ideas?

Weird problem with my code....
Dear all, Somebody kindly pointed out a problem in my WaveThresh3 code. I can't figure out what is wrong. I have whittled down the code quite a bit into an example case which repeats the problem. There is one R function called "ScalingFunction" and one C function called "CScalFn.c". The idea is that the R function calls the C routine repeatedly to compute a wavelet

AWS signatures
When you define a ''signature'' in AWS it seems not to allow you to change the types in the return depending on the circumstances. On the other hand the xmlrpc spec seems specifically to disallow the return of both a result and a fault code/string - it must be one or the other. Is there a way around this or does everying using AWS for xmlrpc break the standard? Have I missed
