Hi list, I've just compiled and installed Asterisk 1.4.16 and when I try to run "zap show" I get the message "*No such command 'zap show'*". I have a Sangoma Remora A400D with 2 FXS / 10 FXO ports, I've installed the latest wanpipe too. zaptel-1.4.7.1 was compiled from the wanpipe installation, so I don't know what's happening here!!! Any ideas???

Hi, I'm having trouble when I try to contact any of my IAXy boxes connected to a Netgear (DS516 and DS524) hub, but if I connect the IAXy box to another hub or switch (not netgear) or directly to my Asterisk server with a crossover cable it works just fine. Hi everyone, We are using the IAXy boxes and Asterisk over the internet and I was wondering if Asterisk can do a codec translation during a call in order to lower the bandwidth that the comunications consumes? I mean, the IAXy boxes only support the ADPCM and uLAW codecs, but for a certain number of calls our bandwidth runs out, then I think if Asterisk can convert the signal that comes in ADPCM

Hi everyone, I was working yesterday and after I provide my IAXy box it loose any network comunication, the link light (green) is on and the activity light (orange) when the power is turned on it does nothing, but when I pickup the phone connected to the box, this light start blinking once per second.
