Patch to klibc to work with headers from make install_headers
...r/include/sys/types.h was missing some header definitions. Rather
than adding the definitions, I figured that the most correct thing to
do was to just use them from the kernel.
Build tested on i386 and x86_64.

PATCH: ipconfig may discard useful packets

I still have problems with my email setup, I haven't found the time to
migrate my mailbox from Windows yet. And gmail (webmail) doesn't allow
