I have installed Tinc-VPN v1.0.19-3 that is the last, versión that there is in Raspbian 7, installed with the apt-get command.
I will like know what will be the best way to migrate this version to Tinc-VPN v1.1

compiling tinc latest version on ubuntu
Hi
Can someone please help me with the method of installing the lzo dependancy
for tinc to compile.
I am getting the following errors when compiling.
./configure
....
....
checking for lzo1x_1_compress in -llzo2... no

Problem with tinc.log and logrotate.
Hi everyone again.
I run tinc with the following command:
/usr/sbin/tincd -d1 --logfile=/var/log/tinc.log
That creates the file "/var/log/tinc.log" correctly and reports into it.
Well, because I want to have a log file by day, I have created a logrotate
file (/etc/logrotate.d/tinc) that contains the following lines:

Can I pass 802.1q (VLAN tagged) through a VPN Tinc in HUB/Switch mode?.

Can I do this with Tinc in HUB/Switch mode?
I?m not configured nothing yet.

noise in Asterisk 1.4 and 1.6 versions
...installed Asterisk 1.4 and when I call to a exist extension, the
voice have noise, but, when I call to a extension does no exist,
asterisk played a voice that say me that extension does no exist, but
without noise....
I want I some body can test with a softphone my server,
ip: 75.74.115.209
user: ramses
pass: ramses
the extension 1000 exist, try what ever other extension does not exist
to hear the difference..
