...e is french and sometimes need i18n. I started to evaluate ruby-gettext, as it allows me to translate rails validation errors, including model and attribute names. I follow the tutorial at http://manuals.rubyonrails.org/read/chapter/105, and finally solved each problem, except one. when I call rakeupdatepo (wich itself call GetText.update_pofiles()), it sometimes warm me of errors (sometimes that the charset is not defined in a header, sometimes just "parse error").
