climstats
I have been trying to download the climstats package: https://r-forge.r-project.org/R/?group_id=861 but it doesn't seem to run on R 3.0.2 or 3.0.1 and the zipfile is empty. Does anyone know the status of this package or where I can download it. I am not found som data frames
In the name of Allah. hello, how are you? I sent a mail for you, yesterday but I didn't recieve to my aim. I need to some data frames in version 1.7.0 such as "florida","Barley","rainforest" and some others. I don't know these data frames are in which library. I typed "data(package = .packages(all.available = TRUE))" that was in "data()"

Random covariate in survreg (Survival)
Dear R Listers- I am attempting to analyse the survival of seeds in cages (exclosures) that differ in their permeability to rainforest mammals. Because I did not observe the moment of seed disappearance, my data is interval censored. This limits my options for analysis (as I understand it) to survreg, in the survival package. Because I repeated the experiment in 8 sites, I have a random

Comparing GLMMs and GLMs with quasi-binomial errors?
Dear All, I am analysing a dataset on levels of herbivory in seedlings in an experimental setup in a rainforest. I have seven classes/categories of seedling damage/herbivory that I want to analyse, modelling each separately. There are twenty maternal trees, with eight groups of seedlings around each. Each tree has a TreeID, which I use as the random effect (blocking factor). There are two

"free" y-limits in xYplot
Dear R Gurus - Please help me to make a multiple-panel plot using xYplot in which the y-axis of each panel is dependent only on the data of that plot. Here is the dataset: response date mean Lower Upper 1 density 1 271.0000000 249.2500000 289.0000000 2 density 4 296.7500000 280.5000000 313.0000000 3 recruits 1 271.0000000 249.2500000

Major Axis residuals
I am having trouble extracting residuals from Major Axis and Standardized Major Axis fits, using the smatr package. I wish to understand the relationship between density of wood in twigs and trunks, and how the slope of their relationship varies among sites, among families, and with tree size. These variance-partitioning desires push the analysis toward a mixed model framework. However,
