lapply and vapply Primitive Documentation
The documentation of ?lapply includes:
> lapply and vapply are primitive functions.
However, both evaluate to FALSE in `is.primitive()`:
is.primitive(vapply)
#FALSE
is.primitive(lapply)
#FALSE
It appears that they are not primitives and that the documentation
