Fwd: tinc questions
Hi, I have some questions about tinc. " *Automatic full mesh routing*Regardless of how you set up the tinc daemons to connect to each other, VPN traffic is always (if possible) sent directly to the destination, without going through intermediate hops. " 1- To have client to client direct connection and don't have traffic through the server should I have port forward at the NAT? Or

...of web interface to manager the server? Tinc itself does not come with any web ui. However, I created a web ui for tomato firmware, which is available for select routers with the broadcom chipset. The "shibby" tomato firmware supports many newer routers, including ARM variants; Netgear R7000, Asus RT-68U etc. http://tomato.groov.pl/ I even made one that will run on the ancient wrt54gl. http://files.lancethepants.com/Firmware/MIPSR1/Toastman%207636%20%2B%20Tinc1.1.pre11/ > 3- Any release date of tinc 2.0 version? Tinc + Tomato (firmware)
...m hopeful at least one will adopt Tinc into their future releases. I'm on the dev team, but they have the final say if they want it in their distro. If they do, it will likely find it's way also into a few ARM supported Tomato routers as well, likeAsus RT-n56u, Asus RT-n68u, and Netgear r7000. Linksys wrt1900ac, should eventually be supported (not for a while though). You're supportive/positive feedback in the tomato forum may help them make that decision. Otherwise I'll try and keep these images up-to-date with Toastman upstream and Tinc releases. -Lance

AGP cards in PCI mode (fake slots like AGPro, AGP Express, AGI, AGX, XGP)
..., including the AGP 4x TNT2 card which is not even connected to the AGP bridge. Setting nouveau.agpmode=0 makes it work but how can we make this case work automatically? Radeon driver does some "ring test" and if it fails, it disables AGP mode and retries. That seems to work a bit (with R7000 but not with R7200). But I think that we shouldn't even touch the AGP registers of other devices in this case as it might break the integrated video. But how can we know that the card is connected to the AGP bus? There does not seem to be a reliable way... dmesg: [ 22.015411] nouveau [ DE...

Cisco AS5XXX to asterisk debugging.
Hi, I have a serious problem to configure Cisco AS5XXX and Asterisk , I trying to use asterisk for PSTN(A)----> Cisco AS5xxx ----> ASterisk---->PSTN(B) (No Nat, no Firewall) I hear (on the PSTN(A)) clearly what the other person is saying, but the other person (on the PSTN(B) side) hears nothing from PSTN(A). I use tcpdump for debug de rtp trafic, and ouput contains
