A couple days ago, the station manager (NPR affiliate) came to me and asked if we could 'inject' a static file into the stream. Basically what he wants is for the client to first receive a static file (requesting donations of course) and then on to the live stream (*not* intermittently).

They are updated with the :2, - but since nothing was actually done, no flags are added. So I'm left with a quandry. I guess the simple question is, Should mail in cur, EVER not have a flag? I suppose if it were marked as UNSEEN after being SEEN, that's possible.
