Ok, here's my setup: I've had a samba file server going for about a year now. It's Samba v2.05a on a RH6.0 sys. Currently we have a printer server running on a Winblows NT box. This NT box has the following printers: HP5si, (4) HP4000, and a few HP4s. All of those printers have Jet Direct ports on them. I have a multi domain setup using samba. I run 3 domains across a VPN connection. One is always setup as the master WINS server. The master Server is still on 2.2.8a. All of the other domains are at V3.010. I stopped all of the servers this morning and deleted the Browse.dat file. I am looking at putting the medisoft application on a samba share. I was wondering if there is currently anyone using this configuration and if so then what are some of the problems that I might encounter. The app is currently being hosted on a Winxp pro machine and I need to move it to a server. Any help would be greatly appreciated. Scott Swaim
