Problems building wine 1.3.20 on Mac os x 10.6.7
Hi all,
I have been trying to build wine from source on my imac, but I encountered errors that I have no idea how to fix [Crying or Very sad]
I configured with:
Code:
./configure CPPFLAGS='-I/usr/X11/include -I/opt/local/include' LIBS='-lGL -lGLU' LDFLAGS='-L/usr/X11/lib -L/opt/local/lib'
I installed the dependencies for wine with MacPorts (hence the /opt/local).

Problem with Aastra 480ci and qualify=yes
Hi,
We have a few Aastra 480ci phones and we've noticed that in order to
get the phone to receive a call, qualify must be = no.
Apparently the Aastras do not respond to the qualify message (or
respond in a way Asterisk doesn't understand) and Asterisk thinks the
phone is unreachable.
However, this now prevents MWI from working properly on the phones.
Does anyone know how to get MWI

how to use qualify times to route calls
I'm using 1.8.3, and have 2 sip providers. Both are set with
qualify=yes. Each of them sometimes have qualify times 10+ times the
other. For instance, one will be at 10-15ms, the other at 200ms.
Is there a way I can route an outgoing call to the provider with the
lower qualify time?

Purpose of qualify=yes
We have a tenant who has been having issues with a congested connection and in trouble shooting it we've noticed that there seems to be a lot of SIP traffic even when none of the phones are doing anything.
We've determined that this traffic is mostly INFO packets generated by setting qualify=2000. I understand that 2000 ms is the default value for the qualification parameter but what

sip qualify=yes interval
In an earlier thread Andrew Kohlsmith enlightened me on the use of
qualify in sip.conf to deal with a peer that is down.
Since then I have been searching for information on how the behavior of
qualify can be tuned.
The wiki is vague on this;
" Syntax:
qualify=xxx|no|yes
where XXX is the number of milliseconds used. If yes the default timeout
is used, 2 seconds.

sys/dev/ie/if_ie.c warnigns in yesterdays CVSup
Hi,
I'm not sure if this has been brought up in the past yet, but when
building the kernel from yesterdays 4_RELENG CVSup, I got a lot of
complilation warnings (it seems if_ie.c hasn't been updated in 3 months,
so changes have happened elsewhere, it seems.)
HTH,

[LLVMdev] type qualifiers in LLVM
Still diving into LLVM... I noticed that the LLVM type system does not represent qualifers (const, volatile, restrict).
>From what I can gather,
- the back end cannot ignore volatile, so loads/stores are annotated as volatile when they load/store through a volatile qualified pointer.
- const qualifiers are noted in metadata (I think)
- top level restrict qualified function parameters are marked with a 'noalias' attribute
So it appears that the restrict-ness of global/local pointers are not represented in LLVM, and thus ignored.
For example,

qualify and NAT....
Hello,
I'm trying to run an ATA behind a NAT device, and am confused on exactly
what the qualify config option does, other than send NOTIFY packets.
Outbound calls work fine, but inbound calls do not go through. With
qualify=yes and nat=yes, my show sip peers looks like:

PJSIP does not qualify contacts after starting Asterisk

Cann't get Samba 3.0.0 installed on a SuSE 8.2
Hallo,
after I got same error messages because of missing Kerberos, I deinstalled
heimdal and installed Kerberos 5 (_devel, _libs, _workstation). I also made
the necessary changes in the /etc/krb5.conf file and tested the connection
with the Active Directory with the kinit ...@.... I also synchronized the
time and so I get the tickets.
Now I wanted to install Samba 3.0.0 on SuSE 8.2 and there the

Cisco 7960G, SIP, NAT, Qualify and Unreachable
Hey,
I just started trying to use the qualify=yes option on my Cisco 7960 SIP
phones. Of the 13 I have, 2 of them seem to loose their registration with
asterisk on a regular basis. I see lots of these lines:
-- Registered SIP '3030' at 62.74.107.1 port 58825 expires 60
in my console. But I only see them for 2 extensions. Never see them for the
other 11. All 13 phones have the exact same

Iaxphone - unreachable if qualify yes ?
Hi,
if I change Iaxphone settings to qualify=yes it says it's unreachable.
Can iax2 clients be monitored with qualify option ? Is this problem related
to iaxphone ?
Anyone sucessfully using iax qualify feature ?
Regards,
Rob.
