Denver Gingerich has put together a quick frontend for ffmpeg2theora. It's written in Qt, so will run on OS X, Windows, and X11. You can find it here: http://github.com/ossguy/qtheorafrontend It doesn't do any sort of error checking right now, and currently assumes the video file is in the current directory and called "test.flv".
