Ubuntu 10.04. Wine 1.2 I'm running Native Instruments Kontakt 4 under Wine. It runs fine except for occasional stutters, so I wanted to try enabling Realtime in Jack, but I have no luck with this. ...on to an unhandled pagefault that seems to be due to not being able to connect. I tried having Wine use the ALSA JACK plugin, but while the program ran, there wasn't any sound(VLC has a similar issue, so it seems the ALSA plugin isn't 100%). If it matters, I've got things set up through qjackctl.

Hi, I'm loooking at a Linux program that calls WIne and then segfaults without any real information. Are there any debug channels that make most sense to try and trap in this specific case? Thanks, Mark

Today October 28, they are giving their software for free. Yes. Interest is go great they had to take their main site offline! Downloads can be done from the subsitute web page. So ... is their's really better than Wine on Debian Sid or Experimental? I have no need for MS-office. OO is more than good enought. However ... the question remains :-) They also offer a games package.
