virtual mailboxes folder structure
...ore example now my ?All? mailbox is listed under virtual/ as:
Inbox
Sent
Drafts
Spam
Trash
virtual
All
I would like to list as this:
Inbox
Sent
Drafts
Spam
Trash
All

I thought that the list = children paramenter would do but it did not.
