Estimados
Una pregunta, ¿Que posibilidad hay que esté instalado todo correctamente,
pero algo cambie en entorno de python, el cual al ser buscado por R esté
dando problemas?
Hace años que no utilizo macOS, pero se me ocurre que un programa coloque
en entorno adecuado para él, pero al mismo tiempo este toque al entorno
requerido por R.

Using QueryParser results to populate UI
Hi,
I would like to "pull apart" a search string to populate distinct
search fields in a UI; something like how Google toggles between
simple and advanced search modes. I realise going from simple to
advanced may well be lossy but that's fine for my purposes.
I thought the obvious place to start was xapian's QueryParser.
Unfortunately, Query instances appear to be a little

what is best for scripting?
I am using R in Windows. I see that I will have to use batch processes with
R. I will have to read and write text files, and run some R code; probably
some external code too. I have never done scripting. Is there any document
that explains simple steps with examples? I also have heard that Python is a
good scripting language. Is it worth the effort? (I do not have too much
free time, so if I could

Redhat Dependencies
Centos and redhat repositories are not the same. Also I tried epel already.
They may change the names of the related packages so I ll ask to redhat
team ASAP. Actually I'm testing it out so I have no hurry.

Gnumeric
Hi,
I am trying to install Gnumeric in CentOS 4 and I can't. It
complains about quite a few dependencies failing. It suggested
installing some postgresql librairies, openldap librairies... I
did that, now I still get:
dependencies failed:
libmdb/libmdbsq/libsqlite/libxbase/libtds.
Is there a yum repository that has them or a yum repository for
gnumeric?
