yp dir
Hi All, Maybe a strange question, is there any info or maybe even an template for setting up an yp directory! The idea to set one up for local purpuses like: espescially dutch languages would be nice! Maybe an extra setting in the stream clients to also give in the language and maybe even country of orgin of the content could be any help with that, could be a nice extra search option too for the current YP dir's. regards, Dennis

autocorrelation test
Hi all, I would like to test the relevance of a vector field (i.e. if the vectors are organized or not). To do so, I would like to use an autocorrelation test, so that I have two questions: - is the Watson test applicable to that perpuse ? - is the kuiper test applicable to that purpuse ? I cannot get species scores to plot with site scores in MDS when I use a distance matrix as input. Problems with NA's?
...I have read from internet resources that in principle I could obtain the trait ("species") scores to plot them in the ordination but my attempts have been unsuccessful. I have tried using the function ?wascores? in package vegan and ?add.spec.scores? in package BiodiversityR. For this purpuse I have created a new species x traits table where factor traits were coded into dummy variables and all integer variables (including binary) were coerced to numeric variables. Here are the codes used and the error messages I have got: ?> NMDSgowdis<- metaMDS(SpeciesGowdis) > NMDSpoints...

On the fly enconding with verification?
...does not create an intermediate WAV file and then converts. So if verification is indeed taking place, does it mean it verifies against the source CD? Forgive my insistence, but I'm trying to understand how it works so I can decide which settings I'll be using since I use Flac for archival purpuses. Access postgresql directly from dialplan?
I would like to access a Postgresql database directly from my dialplan (to lookup names based on callerid numbers for incoming calls). Based on everywhere I looked - it seems the only way to do this is with func_odbc. Considering that Asterisk seems to be able to access Postgresql databases directly using res_pgsql for the purposes of realtime functionality (without using odbc - if I

stepwise variable selection method wanted
Hi List, I am looking for a variable selection procedure with a forward-backward selection method. Firstly, it is meant to work with the cophenetic correlation coefficient (CPCC) and intended to find the variable combination with the highest cophenetic correlation. Secondly, it is aimed at Gower metric with wards method (though this could be easily extended) aimed at categorical data. What I

Hello All, Samba 3.024 EL5 install ---------------------------------------- This will seem like an odd one to all I am sure. I will explain. This machine is used solely for our school's file server, home folders server. All aspects works great and have been using Vista clients on it for going on three years. authentication with userdb and passdb fails
Hello I cannot retrieve mail via pop3 using dovecot. I have mail in my mailbox (postfix works fine, maildir contains more then 5 mail files), I use virtual user. I also changed auth to plaintext for debugging purpuse. server: Dovecot 1.0.7 CenoOS 5.4 client: Thunderbird on Kubuntu, username: jure at hrabri.org pass:jure I tried different parameters and was closest to success with this: Relevant parts from dovecot.conf: auth default { mechanisms = plain login CRAM-MD5 userdb passwd-file { args =...

wrong authentication for local delivery
Hi all there, I have a postfix/dovecot environment running with ldap authentication. I am able to deliver e-Mails to the internet and also receive them via fetchmail. I have a pure local domain (av.loc). Just for internal purpuse. For all mails where destination is a local mailbox, as for all of the local domain, delivery does not work. Here I can show some logs of such a process: +++ Here the process starts (I have sent an e-Mail to myself). Jan 6 17:31:06 f42252se dovecot: auth: Debug: auth client connected (pid=1325...

use of struct hvm_mirq_dpci_mapping.gmsi vs. HVM_IRQ_DPCI_*_MSI flags
pt_irq_create_bind_vtd() initializes this substructure only when setting .flags to HVM_IRQ_DPCI_MACH_MSI|HVM_IRQ_DPCI_GUEST_MSI (the PT_IRQ_TYPE_MSI case), while the other path will not set HVM_IRQ_DPCI_GUEST_MSI but may also set HVM_IRQ_DPCI_MACH_MSI. Yet hvm_dpci_msi_eoi() and hvm_migrate_pirqs() check for HVM_IRQ_DPCI_MACH_MSI, i.e. may run into an uninitialized .gmsi.* field. What am I missing

"Why not MockEverthing" or why use fixtures for all tests?
...the view test in question. Here is his email to me, less his signature as I don''t want to make this personal. I''d like to see what the RSpec user community has to say in response to his comments, below: --- Why not MockEverything --- David I''ve removed the mocks on purpuse. Not that I have sufficient ills with them to meddle without a *need*. We committed simple template fixes adding a conditional and there, yet the tests broke. Now this was to be expected, the tests were constructed by exhaustively mocking out all methods called on the object. Add a simple...

Why is smbd looking for Kerberos principal cifs/host@DOMB when it is a member of DOMA?
Your config looks ok, as far i can tell. This : "cifs/kvm7246-vm022.maas.local at TC84.LOCAL" As it should spn/hostname.fqdn at REALM nothing wrong with that. But if i understand it right. Your server : kvm7246-vm022.maas.local is in REALM : TC83.LOCAL ( NTDOM:TC83 ) But you get TC84 back?. On the problem server run the following: dig a kvm7246-vm022.maas.local @IP_of_AD-DC
