compute probabilities on a Bayesian Network
...; or even (3) what is the probability of S=T when my only one evidence is that C=T (i.e I don't know the other variables values). I used Microsoft Belief Networks to compute the results but I don't know how to do it with R. Looking forward to receiving replies! Thanks in advance, Marcio Pupin Mello

how to solve a simple discrete Bayesian Belief Network?
...uestions like: #what is the probability of a="1" given that c="1"? i.e. P(a="1"|c="1")? #or what is the probability of a="1" given that b="2" and c="1"? i.e. P(a="1"|b="2",c="1")? #END -- Marcio Pupin Mello Survey Engineer PhD candidate in Remote Sensing National Institute for Space Research (INPE) - Brazil Laboratory of Remote Sensing in Agriculture and Forestry (LAF) www.dsr.inpe.br/~mello

Time series of spatial data
Hi guys, I'm really new in R. Trying to analyze series of spatial datasets (365 satellite images) in order to find the best model that fit the data. Any suggestion which package that could help me? Thanks in advance. Cheers -- View this message in context: http://r.789695.n4.nabble.com/Time-series-of-spatial-data-tp3432979p3432979.html Sent from the R help mailing list archive at

force output dimension of table function
I have a small annoying problem. When I use the 'table' function on a simple vector it counts the number of occurences. So depending on the values of my input vector the function returns a class of type table with different lengths. Is there an easy way to tell the table function, the values to expect? That is ############# > set.seed(0) > s<-sample(0:5,5,rep=T) > s [1] 5 1

[Bridge] Problem with Routed mode using br2684ctl tool
...ption 1 is used [RFC1483 Bridge (with NAT)] for creating the WAN interface. This works perfectly, albeit both CO and CPE sides are set as routers! Any ideas why RFC1483 Route mode does NOT work? I'll apprecate any ideas which can show me some direction. Best Regards, Zoran Stojsavljevic DKTS Pupin Telecom, s_zoran@yahoo.com __________________________________________________ Do You Yahoo!?
