[protoype] Problem with Effects on draggable element if revert is true
hi, I have a draggable element (cart-item) in a shopping cart <%= draggable_element "item_#{product}_#{i}", :revert => true %> When this element is dragged outside the cart into the "main_div", I want to show a puff effect and remove the element. When it is dragged within the cart, it should revert. So i wrote this code for drop_receiving _element <%= drop_receiving_element "cart", :update => "items", :url => nil, :accept => "cart-items" %> &l...

non simultaneous effects
Hi all, If I call this function bla: function bla() { Effect.Appear('some_element'); Effect.Appear('some_other_element'); } Both effect happen at the same time. Is there a way to stop this from happening? I mean, how can I delay the effect on 'some_other_element' from happening until the effect on 'some_element' is finished? thanks and regards, Jeroen

Effect.Puff Problem - first frame is wrong size
...o the bottom of this one. Not much for Javascript debugging, but found the Venkman tool and have been stepping through the code trying to see where things go wrong. Looks like it just might be a conflict with the style but lets give some background. I''m doing a ''Effect.Puff(''my_div'')'' on an onclick, and it''s disappearing itself, i.e. the link is inside of the div in question. Watching it closely though and it seems to do a quick jump to a new size and then slowly do the rest of the effects. Stepping through the code the issu...
