[RFC/PATCH LGUEST X86_64 02/13] hvvm export page utils
plain text document attachment (hvvm-mm-export.patch) I would like to have the HV VM code in the kernel proper, but until then, it needs to get at some of the memory page table utils (pud_alloc and friends). So as a module, we export this. I probably can change HV VM to just be compiled in the kernel like some of the other lguest stuff too.
