memdisk - reboot loaded image
Is there a method to reboot a memdisk (floppy) image?
I'm working on a DOS-based installation floppy that needs to repartition the hard disk
prior to proceeding. DOS will only recognize the updated partition table after a reboot, but
I'd like to be able to save information to the currently loaded memdisk floppy disk and
simply reboot the image. Possible?
I haven't had any luck with

sipconnect 1.0
...9;t want to route based on the RPID, but on the To as the sipconnect 1.0 type 2 signaling suggests.
Is there are way to have Asterisk use the To instead of the RPID to find the correct extension?
Can anyone provide any guidance on how to configure the Asterisk to be SIPConnect compliant?

Transfer rate issues with OpenSSH SFTP Server - Verified on Mac OS X 10.2.X and FreeBSD 5.0
First, I have what I consider to be decent experience with SSH, and have
been running VanDyke's VShell SSH server for considerable time under
Windows 2000/XP. Recently, I have been working with Mac OS X and FreeBSD
and have been using OpenSSH 3.4p1 The sftp server seems to have major
issues when serving files, specifically, if one data stream is used the
transfer rates fluxuate between 80 and

icecast sound compressor
Hi,
I searched the Internet to find an answers, but I didn't find anything
useful, so I'm turning to you, maybe someone has the answer.
I want to make a realtime broadcast from a Linux box. The source is the
soundcard's line-in, and it sends the stream to an Icecast server.
I would like to have realtime compressor/limiter functionalities on this
Linux box, so the outgoing signal

searchable or acts_as_ferret or neither?
Has anybody tried both and favored one of the other?
Or maybe tried both and in the end used neither?
I''m having perf (generic searches across 4 fields take upwards of 120
seconds) and index rebuild issues (not sure how long it takes to fully
rebuild since the process either gets killed or dies due to a file lock
exception) with a dreamhost site that is using AAF, has 65k rows in 1

Isolinux freezes loading configuration file.
Hi All,
I've got a simple isolinux cd loading a floppy image via memdisk, that
boots reliably on 14 of 15 platforms, but intermittently hangs on one
and, unfortunately, I can't substitute the platform. The behavior is
weird. If I cold boot the system with the CD already in the drive, it
*usually* boots to completion. Warm boots are hit-or-miss. If there's
any drive door action

Memdisk ramdisk hangs using menu.c32, but ok from cmdline.

I'm trying to use syslinux 3.08-pre11 on a Gateway E4000 with the
(sample) config file below, and the ramdisk images fail to boot if
selected as a menu option, but do boot if I press ESC and type the
command line manually.
The two options are for the same floppy image, but the first is
compressed, the

Isolinux freezes loading configuration file - fixed in 3.08-pre11.
Follow up,
While awaiting my initial message to clear the moderator, as my
company's Exchange server tacked on some bogus header, I downloaded
version 3.08-pre11 (vs the 3.07 I was using). This newer version seems
to work correctly.
