Cisco 7960 SIP - DND soft key toggle?
Running the latest * CVS and Cisco 7960G and 7940G phones with SIP 6.3 image.
I have figured out how to turn on the DND feature through the
Settings>Call Preferences>Do Not Disturb - Yes then Save. This puts the
phone into DND On and shows a DND image above the far right soft key which
you use to turn off DND.
There should be a better way. An on/off toggle of the soft key that it

...valent for Macintosh but it's sufficiently different to be considered a separate product and the compatibility with Outlook looks better on paper than in reality - especially if you want to connect to an Exchange Server mailbox.
All this is prompted by Walt Mossberg's recent article http://ptech.wsj.com/archive/ptech-20050217.html which echoes my thoughts in most respects. As a long time Windows user I'm not inclined to migrate to the Mac - better the devil I know.

Voicemail and MS Exchange Synchronization
We have a customer considering migrating from a large Nortel PBX with a
third-party voicemail system to Asterisk but one of the features they
really like is the automatic synchronization of voicemail between
Exchange and their voicemail system -- delete a message from the
voicemail system and it is deleted from their email inbox and vice versa.
Searching has not revealed anything like this
