dataframes of unequal size
I have two dataframes C and C1. Each has three columns viz. state, psu
and weight. The dataframes are of unequal size i.e. C1 could be
2/25/50 rows and C has 42000 rows. C1 is the master table i.e.
C1$state, C1$psu and C1$weight are never the same. ThisA. P., Urban, 0
is not so for C.
For example
C

UPS Groups?
I've used nut for simple configurations before but now one has grown to a
more complex setup and can't seem to find any info online.
I would like to have single central nut master monitor a bank of UPSs for a
whole rack of servers with redundant PSUs.
So
UPS A1 ---> Server group A PSU 1
UPS A2 ---> Server group A PSU 2
UPS B1 ---> Server group B PSU 1
UPS B2 ---> Server group B PSU 2
I've read numerous pages about using MINSUPPLIES for redundant UPS->PSU
setups, but nothing about setting up groups so that server bank B ca...

Scheduler Mechnisms!
Hello,
Normally, in addition to such qdisc scheduler mechanisms as FIFO, PQ, WRR, WFQ,
are there any more? Then, there is a confusion on scheduler in Linux enviroment:
Assume there is a qdisc, such as RED as a leaf qdisc in a router, we know, if
there is packet which want to enqueue the packet, the Function red_enqueue is
called, but when the packet leave the queue(when the Function red_dequeue

24V DC ATX PSU with limited UPS functionality over USB
Hello Developers and *,
I am working on a "24V DC ATX PSU" for Photopholtaik Systems which can
have input voltages from 18V to 27.7 Volt and is entirely modular,
which mean, you can select the desired module/s (up to 6) from ATX
(96/144/240/300W), P4 (144W), SATA (82/305W) and Device (34/68/136W)
And last not least, I want to build a "PowerWhat...

Various Errors using Survey Package
...I have been experimenting with the new Survey package. Specifically, I was
trying to use some of the functions on the public-use survey data from NHIS

need.
The documentation is quite good but I guess the subject is just quite
a bit to chew.
To cut to the chase:
I want to sync up my own snapshot repository of openbsd. The basic
install files. They reside at:
rsync://carroll.cac.psu.edu/openbsd/snapshots/i386/*
However, there is also a `ports' source file that I want to include
that resides at:
rsync://carroll.cac.psu.edu/openbsd/snapshots/ports.tar.gz
One level up from the other stuff. At that level, there are lots of
different architectures etc I don't need so...

OT: hardware, odd PSU issue
We have an HP blade enclosure for SL230s Gen 8. Went to replace the four
PSUs in it, 1500W. Got them from one vendor, "refurbished"... and *none*
worked. Returned them, and got them from another vendor, and *none*
worked.
Something odd here. For one, the LED doesn't light up when I'm holding the
PSU and plug it in. Then there's something I just notice...

UPS issues with PFC PSU
Just noticed that our new server has a newer 80+ efficiency 865W PSU
with PFC. So apparenty our existing 1500VA (865W) APC Back-UPS is not
safe to use anymore. We apparently need a pure sine wave UPS.
http://nam-en.apc.com/app/answers/detail/a_id/8883
I found an affordable 1500VA UPS by CyberPower, model CP1500PFCLCD,
which has a pure sine wave output.
Wondering...
