specbis, vorbis decoder from scratch
...real time at about 100MHz of Athlon, and that's good enough to
start with. I'd like to cram it into something a lot smaller like
50MHz of ARM eventually, but that'll involve way more than just brute
force optimisation.
Anyway, it's GPL (for now) and it can be found at:

Ogg vorbis decoder - Independent implementation questions

Why is Vorbis development slow?
Dropping the other topic as requested, I'd like to
follow something up in a new thread. I want to throw a
question or two out there and see what responses
people give (if any ;-).
Assuming that you think Vorbis could have developed
faster than it has done in the past year, what in your
opinion has been holding it back and what remedies do
