[LLVMdev] Makefile Question
...ols. Here's what I have
right now:
LIBRARYNAME=previrt
SHARED_LIBRARY=previrt
LINK_COMPONENTS := transformUtils
LINK_LIBS_IN_SHARED=1
include $(LEVEL)/Makefile.common
LIBS += -lprotobuf
CPPFLAGS += -I${HOME}/.root/usr/include -DGOOGLE_PROTOBUF_NO_RTTI
LDFLAGS += -Wl,-L${HOME}/.root/usr/lib/
PROTOC=${HOME}/.root/usr/bin/protoc
I'm pretty sure the problem comes from LINK_LIBS_IN_SHARED, but my code
depends on the google protobuf library so I need to link against that
otherwise I get undefined symbols.
Does anyone know how to solve this problem with LLVM makefiles?
Thank you.

can CentOS act as an iSCSI server?
Hi all,
I would like to know if I could share some space on on of my servers,
to another server(s) using the iSCSI protocal? I can see that CentOS
can connect to an iSCSI server, but can it act as a iSCSI server?
Is so, does anyone have some good HOWTO / tutorials / docs on how to set it up?
I'm running CentOS 5.2

ldap support
hi,
it seem to me that dovecot support only v2 ldap protocol but openldap2.1
support only v3 (or you can enable v2 in the conf file, but it seems
they wouldn't like to support it in the future). will dovecot support v3
ldap protocal?
thanks.

Samba Over A Wan
Hi All,
I have a customer that I need to give access to one of our servers over a WAN.
Their box is running some windows server version and they use terminal services
to let their employees access their applications.
We use Samba in or local office environment where it works quite well. I need
to know the following:
1) Will Samba work over the internet?
2) Can Samba connections be encrypted or

rsa_public_encrypt() exponent too small or not odd
I am attempting to deploy OpenSSH.
The trouble is I keep getting the rsa_public_encrypt() exponent too small or

with itself with any protocal other than SSH 2.

OpenSSL 0.9.6
Zlib 1.1.3

I have tried with and without optimizations. I noticed that this problem has
cropped up in the past on other platforms. But...

Removing ALL security from samba. :)
Hi,
I've got samba running on multiple machines, blah blah works great...
On my new fax server (RH7.2) I want any windows user to be able to connect
using any username/password. I got it to work with the nobody/pc guest
accounts, but that defeats the purpose (I need to see their windows/default
username).
Basically you connect to the fake samba shared printer, and the script mails

I keep getting "rsa_public_encrypt() exponent too small or not odd" with the
SSH 1 or 1.5 protocols. I can't get OpenSSH to communicate with itself with

I have searched everywhere. Google, OpenBSD, Dejanews, etc... I found a very
old problem that was similar in the OpenSSH mail archives but the rsa.c code
file is newer then the fix described.

which sftp protocol is openssh or sftp-server using or support?
Hi,
After reading the source code of openssh and man page of sftp.
In sftp.h it define
27 /*
28 * draft-ietf-secsh-filexfer-01.txt
29 */
30
31 /* version */
32 #define SSH2_FILEXFER_VERSION 3
and In the end of the man page,
T. Ylonen and S. Lehtinen, SSH File Transfer Protocol,
draft-ietf-secsh-filexfer-00.txt, January 2001, work in progress
material.
In wikipedia of "SSH File Transfer Protocal", I notice
draft-ietf-secsh-filexfer-00.txt and draft-ietf-secsh-filexfer-01.txt
are related to the sftp protocal version 3.
So do the openssh is using sftp protocol...
