ARTIST added to Jonthan's tag proposal

It also reduces the tension with v-comment.html, which specefies ARTIST.
Most simple GUIs for users that don't care about separating PERFORMER /
COMPOSER / CONDUCTOR / etc. (Jonathan, did you mean those instead of
PERFORMER / ENSEMBLE?) will probably use ARTIST no matter what this
propasal says anyway... A suggestive UI, like a pull-down box of the more
specific tags near the artist field should be recommended IMHO.
<p>P.S. "The remaining tags are multiples;..." line has bogus indentation,
making it barely noticable. It's correct as a first line of a paragraph...
